Non-clinical furniture for the new hospital

Summary

The tender covers the supply of furniture for a new hospital and support in planning the interiors. Furniture is required for areas including reception and waiting lounges, tables and chairs in patient rooms, consultation rooms, nursing team rooms, administrative and support services, meeting areas and other functional spaces. Patient armchairs and examination tables are excluded. The procurement has two lots: patient- and visitor-oriented furniture, and support and administrative furniture. Each lot has a framework-agreement ceiling of EUR 500,000, for a total of EUR 1,000,000. Bidders are expected to develop furnishing concepts and sustainability solutions and prepare a lounge design concept with an indicative cost estimate. The notice amendment specifies that the case concerns the reception lounge and the paediatric emergency lounge. Requests to participate must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 15 October 2026. Professional-risk insurance, relevant references, a qualified project team and turnover information for the last three financial years are required. No tender guarantee is required.
