Microwave digestion system for preparing geological samples

Summary

The procurement is for a complete microwave digestion system for preparing difficult-to-digest geological samples. The system also includes an acid distillation unit and a unit for cleaning digestion vessels with nitric acid vapour. The equipment is intended for use in the 4CoEx/2026 research project and will be delivered to the University of Bucharest’s premises. Installation, commissioning and training may also be provided; the equipment supply itself may not be subcontracted. The estimated value is RON 694,323, and price is the only award criterion.
