Supply of Spare Parts and Modules for the Siren System
Summary
The procurement covers the supply of 18 types of modules and components for repairing sirens in the National Early Warning and Alert System, together with warranty service for the supplied goods. The items comprise 7 mains filter modules, 12 main transformers, 9 surge protectors, 31 analogue amplifiers, 11 four-slot amplifier motherboards, 6 digital amplifiers, 3 two-slot amplifier motherboards, 6 main motherboards, 20 charging regulators, 13 local siren control panels, 6 processor boards, 8 DC-DC converters, 11 coaxial surge arrestors, 95 siren drivers, 2 siren microphones, 6 digital antennas, 6 TETRA terminals and 546 glass fuses measuring 5 × 20 mm, rated at 1.6 A and 250 V AC. The parts must be compatible with the existing Höermann equipment. If the bidder is not the manufacturer, its technical offer must include evidence from the manufacturer or its authorised official representative authorising it to sell and service the equipment. Delivery is due within 90 days. The technical offer, including the warranty and delivery periods, accounts for 70% of the evaluation, and price accounts for 30%. The bid price excluding VAT must not exceed the estimated value of EUR 184,064.98. The contract may proceed to performance only after funding is confirmed and a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract value excluding VAT is submitted. If funding has not been secured within three months, either party may terminate the contract without notice; after ten months, the contract is deemed terminated.
