HR software services procurement

Summary

The contract is for 36 months of cloud-based HR and payroll software services for Kapos Holding and five affiliated companies. The system must support HR, payroll, social security and benefits processes for approximately 900 people; payroll is processed for an average of 1,350 people annually. The work includes full migration of data from the existing NEXON system, integration and development, software licences, maintenance, bug fixes, legal updates and user support. The solution must be cloud-based, store data in Hungarian infrastructure, keep pace with Hungarian legislation, comply with NIS2 and GDPR requirements, and include liability insurance covering data protection and cybersecurity incidents. The bid must include a technical proposal and a price table; price is the sole award criterion. Bidders must demonstrate relevant software-service experience for a user employing at least 250 people and submit the required declarations and documents.
