Supply of a VR system for police tactical training

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of a multi-user virtual reality training system for police tactical training. The complete solution must include all necessary hardware, software and network components and be installed on a turnkey basis at the Pardubice Regional Police Directorate’s warehouse site in Opočínek. The system must support five users in the same training scenario and include a central operator workstation. It must be capable of expanding to ten simultaneous users without replacing its core components. Bids must be submitted electronically by 08:00 on 6 November 2026. Price is the only award criterion, based on the lowest total price including VAT. No tender guarantee is required. The estimated contract value is CZK 3,719,008.26; technical details and delivery conditions are set out in the tender documents.
