Framework agreement for portable and mobile TETRA radio terminals and accessories

Summary

The procurement is for a 36-month framework agreement to supply portable and mobile TETRA radio terminals and related accessories for special communications and critical infrastructure. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers radio terminals and accessories, including an estimated 100–1,000 portable terminals and 50–100 mobile terminals; Lot 2 covers terminal batteries, chargers, antennas, audio accessories and dispatch-console accessories. Quantities are estimates, and actual orders will depend on the buyer’s needs and available budget. The estimated total framework value is EUR 1,604,109. The procedure has two stages. Candidates must meet registration, turnover, previous-supply experience and classified-information protection requirements; product supply may not be subcontracted. The minimum warranty for each product is 24 months. Price carries 80 evaluation points and warranty extension 20 points; a 12-month or longer extension earns the maximum available warranty points.
