Food supplies for institutions of Kaspichan Municipality

Summary

Kaspichan Municipality is seeking periodic supplies of food products to its institutions over three years, divided into six lots: milk and dairy products, fish and seafood, eggs, meat and meat products, cereals and cereal products, fruit, vegetables, bakery products, pulses, nuts, seasonings, coffee, tea, cocoa, sugar, honey, oils and other foods. Delivery points are in Kaspichan and nearby settlements, including social-care and school-catering stores and childcare facilities. The estimated total value is EUR 316,438.90 excluding VAT. Bids are due by 5 November 2026; the lowest total-price bid wins each lot. If a price is more than 20% more favourable than the relevant benchmark, the contracting authority may require an explanation within five days. Tenderers need the relevant food-business registration, the required turnover, previous food-supply experience and suitable vehicles. Before signing the contract, the successful tenderer must provide evidence of compliance and a performance guarantee equal to 3% of the contract value for the relevant lot, excluding VAT.
