Furniture for furnishing Dormitory D4

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of furniture for Dormitory D4 in five lots at the Naval Academy site in Constanța. The lots comprise 218 ergonomic chairs, 10 sofas and 50 beanbag armchairs; 218 three-drawer study desks and 10 recreation tables; 218 two-door wardrobes and 218 two-door top cabinets with shelves; 109 bunk beds; and 109 shelving units, 109 shoe racks and 109 coat racks. The estimated total value is RON 2,381,185.50 and the delivery period is four months. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 9 November 2026 at 15:00. Evaluation assigns 40 points to price, 30 points to the share of products bearing an ecolabel and 30 points to extended warranty. Furniture must have a warranty of at least 24 months; a shorter warranty makes the tender non-compliant. To participate, bidders must demonstrate legal registration, experience supplying comparable furniture during the preceding three years, and a quality management system meeting ISO 9001 or an equivalent standard, and submit an ESPD and a conflict-of-interest declaration.
