Framework Agreement for Phasor Measurement Units

Summary

The tender covers the renewal and expansion of phasor measurement units (PMUs) and their decentralised configuration to enable their future integration into the existing WAMS. WAMS software and the actual integration of the equipment into the system are outside the scope.
