Design and construction of the Ogrezeni wastewater treatment plant

The contract covers the design and construction of the Ogrezeni wastewater treatment plant, including preparation of the technical design and permit-related documents, construction works, supply and installation of equipment, testing, commissioning and training the contracting entity’s staff. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems, or equivalent, are required. A RON 270,000 tender guarantee valid for six months must accompany the offer. Evaluation awards points for the tender price (40), guaranteed plant operating costs (45) and additional warranty period (15). Offers with a warranty below 36 months are not accepted; no additional points are awarded for a warranty exceeding 60 months. Offers must be submitted electronically.
