Supply of judicial robes for judges of Lithuanian courts
Summary
The procurement is for up to 350 judicial robes for judges of Lithuanian courts, ordered according to actual need; at least 50 robes must be ordered in each 12-month period. The purchase is not divided into lots, and bidders must cover the full requirement. Each robe must be made to the individual judge’s measurements and comply with the approved design and technical specification: a black suiting-fabric robe with black and dark-purple velvet trim, a flared cut, concealed fastenings and hooks for the judge’s insignia. The supplier must carry out initial measurements at courts throughout Lithuania at its own expense and inspect each robe for quality before handover. The robes must be labelled, hung on hangers and properly packaged. Each order must be delivered to the Vilnius address within 30 calendar days; by written agreement, the deadline may be extended, but the total period may not exceed 60 calendar days. The contract runs for 12 months and may be extended twice for 12 months each, up to 36 months in total. Payment is based on fixed unit prices for the quantity actually ordered and accepted; the payment term is up to 30 calendar days after receipt of the invoice. The bid must include a completed European Single Procurement Document, the required offer form and a declaration concerning EU restrictions related to Russia. The bidder must provide a sewing technologist with at least 365 days of practical experience and at least a relevant professional bachelor’s degree. Price is the sole award criterion.
