The procurement covers the design and construction of renewable energy generation infrastructure for Anton Cincu Municipal Hospital in Tecuci. Key experts with relevant education and experience are also required. Tenders are evaluated on price, experts’ experience, the quality-management methodology, the works warranty period and a product environmental declaration. Contract award is conditional on funding being secured; funding is expected to be obtained by 31 December 2026 at the latest.
