Video Conferencing Terminals for 36 Months

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of video-conferencing terminals and auxiliary equipment to prison institutions for 36 months. A framework agreement will be awarded to one supplier, with orders generally placed every six months by the beneficiary prison institutions. The framework ceiling is RON 2,789,683; each subsequent contract covers 7–13 units, and the largest subsequent contract is valued at RON 214,591 excluding VAT. Bids are evaluated on price (40 points), maximum declared electricity consumption (24 points), warranty period (18 points) and horizontal viewing angle (18 points). To participate, bidders must submit a digitally signed bid and the European Single Procurement Document, and demonstrate legal registration, relevant supplies during the previous three years worth at least RON 214,591, and an ISO 9001 or equivalent quality-management certificate. The required declarations and forms must also be submitted; the bidder ranked first will be asked for supporting qualification documents after evaluation.
