CMZ expansion – GU+ general contractor framework agreement

Summary

The tender concerns construction of a new building extension on the western side of the existing CMZ. It is planned to house a head and neck centre comprising the ear, nose and throat, ophthalmology, and oral and maxillofacial surgery departments, as well as an interdisciplinary physical medicine and rehabilitation unit and other supporting functions. A four-year framework agreement with one contractor will cover delivery of the construction works under the GU+ model. The framework agreement has a maximum value of EUR 117 million. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the quality of service delivery (40%).
