Supply and installation of conveyor belts

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for conveyor belts, covering supply or supply and installation, depending on the lot, together with related services. It is divided into four lots: supply and installation of conveyor belts for optical sorters; supply and installation of belts no wider than 1 metre; supply and installation of belts wider than 1 metre, excluding optical sorters; and supply of conveyor belts for eddy-current sorting machines and magnetic separators. The planned contract term is 48 months, and up to five companies may be appointed to the framework agreement. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 26 October 2026. An electronic signature is required, and electronic invoicing must be used during contract performance. For Lots 1–3, the award criteria are the estimated annual total cost for item 02 (delivery and installation), weighted at 60%; the estimated annual total cost for item 03 (additional services), weighted at 25%; and the emergency response time in continuous hours, weighted at 15%. For Lot 4, the estimated annual total cost is weighted at 80% and the non-urgent delivery time in calendar days at 20%.
