Food supply 2026–2027

Summary

Jebel Psychiatric and Security Measures Hospital is procuring food products for 2026–2027 in 35 lots, including bread, fruit and vegetables, dairy products, preserves, confectionery, meat and prepared foods. The supplier must deliver the products for the selected lot in the quantities and under the conditions set out in the tender documents; quantities are specified in an annex to those documents. The framework agreement will run for 12 months, and up to three suppliers may be selected for each lot. Bidders may submit offers for up to 35 lots, and one bidder may be awarded up to 35 lots. The bid deadline is 3 November 2026 at 15:00. A bid must include separate technical and financial proposals and the mandatory European Single Procurement Document (ESPD); files must be submitted electronically and signed with a qualified extended electronic signature. Bidders must be properly registered and professionally capable of supplying the relevant food products. No tender guarantee is required. Bids are scored on price (40 points), lower-emission delivery vehicles (30 points) and recycled content in packaging (30 points). Electric vehicles receive 30 points under the vehicle criterion, plug-in hybrids 20, and hybrids 10. Under the packaging criterion, packaging with more than 45% recycled content receives 30 points and packaging with 25–45% receives 20 points. Evidence must be submitted with the technical proposal to earn these points. Payment is due within 60 calendar days of receipt of the invoice.
