Design services for the Prostějov garrison infirmary

Summary

The tender concerns the planning and design of a new garrison infirmary in Prostějov. The services include preparing study-design documentation for the new building, project documentation for demolishing the existing building, the interior design concept and project, and providing designer’s supervision and a health and safety coordinator. This is a restricted procedure: requests to participate must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 11 November 2026, and only invited bidders may submit offers. Invited bidders must provide a CZK 200,000 tender guarantee, and the supplier must hold the “Restricted” security clearance. There is no minimum turnover requirement and no restriction on the use of subcontractors. The total price excluding VAT for all project stages accounts for 80% of the evaluation, while the relevant experience of the design team leader, or chief designer, accounts for 20%. The chief designer must hold A.1 or A.0 architect authorisation and have at least 60 months of relevant experience. The scoring is 1 point for 60 months, 3 points for 61–84 months and 5 points for at least 85 months. Experience is counted in complete months from the date the authorisation was granted to the bid submission deadline.
