Project conformity assessment and construction supervision for sites in Dimitrovgrad

Summary

The Municipality of Dimitrovgrad is procuring consultancy services in three lots: preparation of reports assessing the conformity of investment projects and construction supervision. The sites are the renovation and modernisation of educational infrastructure at the Prof. Asen Zlatarov vocational school, major repairs and energy-efficiency measures at Lilia kindergarten, and renewal of the courtyard at D. Matevski school. The conformity report must be prepared within 15 calendar days of the order. If the project is returned for corrections, this period is suspended until the corrected project is resubmitted. Construction supervision runs from the opening of the construction site until acceptance of the works. The service also includes a final report and an updated technical passport, to be prepared within 15 calendar days after the acceptance record is signed. The contractor’s liability must last at least five years from the issue of the commissioning certificate. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026. The award is based on the lowest price. Bidders must demonstrate the required professional authorisation; for Lot 2, registration in an energy-efficiency register is also required. No tender guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 3% of the relevant lot’s contract value excluding VAT.
