Framework agreement for expert assistance on energy efficiency and climate optimisation of products

Summary

This is a four-year framework agreement for expert assistance on product energy efficiency and climate optimisation, commissioned by the Danish Energy Agency. Experts will support the development of energy-efficiency policy recommendations and the implementation of EU rules, including ecodesign and energy labelling; help develop strategies and measures; and prepare advice, guidance and tools for relevant audiences. The estimated contract value is DKK 6.8 million, with a maximum value of DKK 10 million. The agreement may be extended once for up to 12 months. Bids must be submitted electronically and remain valid for six months. Price accounts for 35% of the evaluation, staff quality for 50%, and a further quality criterion for 15%; the tender documents specify the final criterion. The contract includes a wage and working-conditions clause, and electronic invoicing and catalogue submission are required.
