Waste transport from bulky and hazardous waste collection sites

Summary

The tender covers the transport of waste from bulky and hazardous waste collection sites in the Panevėžys region to the Panevėžys regional landfill. The contractor must collect 7, 10, 16 and 30 m³ containers when ordered and leave replacement containers of the same capacity. Open containers must be covered during transport. Orders from sites within the city must be completed within 27 hours, and orders from other regional sites within 45 hours. The initial contract term is 24 months. If the contract value has not been exhausted, it may be extended twice for six months each. The estimated total volume for the contract period is 165,800 m³, with quantities liable to vary by about 10%. The service currently covers 11 collection sites, with three more planned to come into operation from the third quarter of 2028. The procurement is not divided into lots. The bidder must be authorized to transport waste, hold an ISO 14001, EMAS or equivalent environmental management certificate, and use vehicles meeting at least Euro 5. The contractor must also provide 6 containers of 30 m³, 9 open containers of 10 m³ and 9 closed containers of 10 m³. The tender price must include all service and container costs. Price accounts for 80 evaluation points; use of Euro 6 vehicles throughout earns 20 points. The tender must include the tender form, the European Single Procurement Document and the required declaration concerning Russia-related restrictions.
