Cadastral and surveying services in two lots

Summary

METROREX is procuring cadastral and surveying services for Bucharest metro assets in two lots. Lot 1 covers updating cadastral records and preparing surveys for stations, underground structures, tunnels and connecting galleries on metro lines 1, 3 and 4, as well as the initial cadastral registration of assets at Grivița and 1 Mai stations. Lot 2 covers updating, correcting and initially registering cadastral records for land and facilities at Ciurel and Berceni depots and Berceni metro station, and updating documentation for land under Metrorex concession that overlaps with land registered to Bucharest City Hall. The estimated total value is RON 1,100,000, with an estimated value of RON 550,000 for each lot. The service period is 270 days for each lot. Price is the only award criterion. A RON 5,500 tender guarantee is required for each lot and must remain valid for six months from the submission deadline; the guarantee for both lots totals RON 11,000. The successful contractor must provide a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract price excluding VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically by 5 November 2026 at 15:00. Bidders must demonstrate the required registration or professional authorisation and provide the required declarations and, where applicable, consortium or subcontracting agreements.
