Mobile modular road barrier “EŽYS”

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of mobile modular road barriers “EŽYS” in ten regional lots. The attached offer forms state quantities of 435 barriers for Lot IX (Šiauliai region) and 565 for Lot X (Vilnius region); exact quantities by delivery location will be specified in orders. The supplier must deliver each ordered quantity within 30 calendar days, unload the goods and carry them to the location designated by the contracting authority. Orders may be placed for up to 34 months from the contract’s entry into force, and the overall contract term is up to 36 months. The offer must state a unit price for each lot, including all delivery and contract-performance costs. The bidder must demonstrate that it properly supplied metal structures and/or road barriers during the last three years; the required evidence value depends on the lot. The offer must describe the specific technical characteristics of the proposed goods and provide supporting evidence. A warranty of at least 60 months and technical and environmental requirements apply, including durable materials, repeated assembly and disassembly, and replaceable components. The European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) must be submitted with the offer; the exclusion grounds and experience requirements are summarised below.
