Supply of microscope cameras and a computer workstation

Summary

The tender covers microscope cameras and a computer workstation with peripherals for the Institute of Solid State Physics of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, in a procedure covering three lots. Lot 1 is for a cooled, high-sensitivity monochrome camera for low-light and fluorescence microscopy; lot 2 is for a monochrome microscope camera for phase-contrast and fluorescence microscopy; and lot 3 is for a computer workstation with peripherals. For lots 1 and 2, the equipment must also be installed and commissioned, and the contracting authority’s staff must be trained. Delivery is to the institute in Sofia. A separate fourth lot for a 40x microscope objective is not part of this procedure and is being procured separately. Bidders may submit an offer for one, two or all three lots. Each lot is evaluated separately, and price is the sole award criterion. No qualification criteria are set; the precise technical requirements for the equipment must be checked in the tender documents. Offers must be submitted electronically and remain valid for six months. No tender guarantee or performance guarantee is required. For lots 1 and 3, the full contract price including VAT is paid in advance, and the successful bidder must provide a guarantee covering 100% of the advance when signing the contract. For lot 2, an advance payment of up to 30% is optional and requires a guarantee if taken.
