Ambulances with electric stretchers – Lot 2

Summary

This procurement covers the supply of 63 ambulances fitted with electric stretchers under Lot 2, including medical devices, vehicle-specific equipment and installation. The first 10 vehicles must be delivered within 12 months of contract commencement and the remaining 53 within 18 months; a shorter delivery period offered by the bidder becomes binding. Delivery is required within Lithuania. The contract runs for up to 24 months or until its initial value is exhausted, whichever occurs first. Vehicles must comply with the technical specification, including the electric-stretcher requirements. The maximum unit price for a vehicle is EUR 145,000 excluding VAT. The buyer may also order 0–28 sets of EU stickers, with a maximum unit price of EUR 7.14 excluding VAT. The bid must describe the vehicle and equipment, state prices and select quality commitments for delivery time, transmission type and warranties. The supplier must provide technical and conformity documents, warranties and maintenance arrangements; payment is due within 30 days of receiving an invoice. Social and environmental requirements also apply during contract performance.
