Purchase of Used Diesel-Powered M3 Buses

Summary

The procurement is for six used diesel-powered M3-category buses, divided into two lots of three buses each. Each bus may have a mileage of up to 400,000 km. Each vehicle must have a warranty covering the entire vehicle, its systems and components for at least six months or 20,000 km, whichever occurs first; the supplier must diagnose and repair warranty defects at its own expense. Under the clarified requirements, each bus must have two batteries rated at least 100 Ah each, and the doors on the right-hand side may open inwards or outwards, in a 1-1 or 1-2 configuration. The bid guarantee is EUR 1,000. Bids must be submitted electronically through Lithuania’s public procurement system by 3 November 2026 at 09:00 Lithuanian time. The bidder must submit the required offer form and declare, using the European Single Procurement Document, that it meets the exclusion and qualification requirements set out in the tender documents.
