Small Conferences and Meetings 2027 – Day Conferences for 61–150 Participants

Summary

The procurement covers day conferences and meeting services for 61–150 participants in 2027. It is divided into 224 geographic bidding areas, with the aim of enabling small and medium-sized businesses to participate. The framework agreements are planned to run from 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2031, and the estimated total value is SEK 280,000,000. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12 November 2026; questions may be submitted until 1 November 2026. The procedure has a single stage: supplier requirements and requirements and criteria relating to the service are assessed in that same stage. Contract performance will be subject to environmental and social conditions, including sustainable food, eco-labelled cleaning and dishwashing products, energy-saving measures, an environmental certificate or licence, CO2 emissions measurement, organic production and labelling for coffee, tea and cocoa, food-waste measurement and reduction, and waste sorting. Social conditions include, among other matters, preventing sexual exploitation and human trafficking, preventing discrimination, and labour conditions consistent with collective agreements.
