Supply and installation of LED warning devices for curves and dangerous road sections

Summary

The procurement covers LED variable-message signs, supplementary LED warning devices, and their mounting and control systems with photovoltaic panels. The equipment is intended to mark curves and dangerous road sections on national roads and motorways. The supplier must deliver, transport and install the devices in the quantities and under the conditions specified in the tender documents. A 48-month framework agreement will be awarded to one supplier, with an estimated total value of RON 97,920,000. At least eight subsequent contracts are planned, at a frequency of at least two per year; the estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is RON 12,240,000 excluding VAT. Awarding subsequent contracts is conditional on funding being available. The tender submission deadline is 21 October 2026 at 15:00. The bidder must have annual turnover of at least RON 5,000,000 in each of 2021–2023 and experience supplying similar products worth at least RON 5,000,000 in total during the previous three years. ISO 9001 or an equivalent quality management system and relevant registration are required. The evaluation assigns 40 points to price, 40 to product warranty, 10 to lighting autonomy and 10 to protection rating.
