Supply of Water-Supply Fittings and Pipe Accessories

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of water-pipeline fittings and accessories for the operating needs of a water utility in Dobrich over a two-year period. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers shut-off fittings and accessories, check valves, control fittings, air valves, hydrants and accessories, and auxiliary cast-iron fittings; Lot 2 covers brass shut-off and check fittings, steel and galvanized fittings, and elastomer seals. The estimated total value is EUR 552,000: EUR 432,000 for Lot 1 and EUR 120,000 for Lot 2. Bidders may submit offers for both lots. Deliveries will be made in batches during the contract period following the buyer’s written orders. Payment requires an invoice and a handover certificate signed by both parties. The sole award criterion is the lowest total price, calculated as the sum of unit prices for all products. Bidders must have at least one relevant delivery experience from the previous three years and a valid ISO 9001:2015 certificate or an equivalent quality assurance arrangement. The successful contractor must provide a performance guarantee equal to 2% of the contract value for the relevant lot. The submission deadline is 2 November 2026.
