Purchase of an Electric School Minibus for the Dolhesti Sports Ground Project

Summary

Dolhesti municipality is procuring an electric school minibus to transport pupils to and from school and the sports ground, improving their safe access to educational and sporting activities. The estimated contract value is RON 1,276,679.58 excluding VAT and also includes an electric charging station and its installation. The expected contract duration is three months. Tenders will be evaluated on price (40%), electric range (10%), energy efficiency (20%), extended warranty (20%) and the number of free servicing visits (10%). The warranty must be at least 48 months, and the offer must include at least five free servicing visits; fewer than five makes the tender non-compliant. The technical evidence or bidder declarations specified in the tender documents must support the vehicle’s range, energy consumption, warranty and servicing offer. Bidders must submit a completed European Single Procurement Document (ESPD). They must be legally registered and demonstrate experience supplying comparable products during the preceding three years through no more than three contracts.
