Energy services for City of Slany facilities under an EPC model

Summary

The tender concerns energy-efficiency improvements at 14 facilities owned by the City of Slany under an energy performance contracting (EPC) model. The contractor will propose energy-saving measures, prepare the required designs and arrange permits where necessary, then supply and install the measures as a turnkey solution and produce as-built documentation and operating instructions. The work also includes staff training, inspection of installed equipment, and energy management and monitoring of savings throughout the 13-year contract. The contractor must guarantee the achievement of the planned savings. The facilities include schools and a kindergarten, the town hall and municipal offices, an ice rink, swimming pool and sports hall, a museum and cinema, cultural and theatre facilities, and the public lighting system. The bid must include a properly completed P03A form and a bid guarantee of CZK 2,000,000. Bids will be evaluated based on total price (65%) and guaranteed energy savings over ten years (35%); the lowest price and the highest positive savings figure are preferred.
