Delivery of equipment to support the training process

Summary

The procurement covers equipment for the training centres of Bulgaria’s General Directorate for Fire Safety and Civil Protection, divided into three lots: (1) 12 motorised sprayers and 6 chainsaws; (2) 6 mobile fans, 36 rechargeable lights and 12 smoke machines; and (3) 6 sets of protective equipment for chainsaw work. The estimated values are EUR 5,694.13, EUR 6,963.28 and EUR 4,517.40 respectively, for a total estimated value of EUR 17,174.81. Bidders may submit offers for up to three lots. Price is the only award criterion for each lot, based on the total price excluding VAT. Delivery is due within six months of the contract taking effect, to the central warehouse in Lokorsko, Sofia region. The contract remains in force until the goods’ warranty period has expired and all warranty claims have been satisfied. Bids must be submitted electronically by 23:59 on 3 November 2026, and documents must be in Bulgarian. No qualification criteria or bid security are required; the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract value excluding VAT.
