Periodic surface rodent control in Prague (2026–2030)

Summary

The tender covers periodic rodent control on land and surfaces managed by the City of Prague that have not been assigned to district administrations. The work includes planned control under an annual schedule and ad hoc interventions ordered in writing by the contracting authority. The estimated volume is approximately 14,000 treatment units per year and up to 56,000 units over the initial contract term; one unit normally corresponds to 1,000 m². Quantities are indicative, and the authority guarantees no minimum order volume. Services are planned for 1 December 2026 to 31 December 2030. Subject to the contract terms, the authority may extend the contract into 2031 for up to 12 months and order up to 14,000 additional units, worth no more than CZK 3,000,000 excluding VAT. Bids will be evaluated by the lowest model total price excluding VAT, calculated by multiplying the unit price for one treatment unit by 56,000. The successful bidder must ensure that all persons involved in performing the contract comply with employment law, including requirements on remuneration, working and rest periods, employment of foreign nationals, and occupational health and safety. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 2 November 2026.
