RAČ 2026: Recurring supply of information and communication, audiovisual, mobile and other related equipment

Summary

The procurement covers the recurring supply of standard information and communication equipment, software and licences, audiovisual and conference equipment, mobile devices, computer peripherals and accessories, networking and server equipment, video surveillance and specialist imaging equipment, and electrical materials. It is divided into eight lots and generally runs for 36 months; a single extension is indicated for Lots 1–4 and 6–8. Lot 7 is reserved for sheltered workshops. Requests to participate must be submitted electronically by 4 November 2026 at 10:00. A tender guarantee is required for every lot, but its amount and form must be checked in the tender documents. Variants are not permitted; details of the award criteria are set out in the tender documents.
