Temporary CCTV and related services for special events

Summary

The procurement is for a single-supplier framework agreement for temporary CCTV and related managed services at special events and VIP visits in Ireland. Services may be ordered individually or in combination and include providing, installing and maintaining cameras, video links and a video evidence management solution; a communications vehicle equipped to provide control-room functionality; large outdoor video displays; and public-address systems. The contractor must source and provide the equipment and the ancillary services needed to operate them as a managed service. The tenderer must be able to mobilise the services it offers at short notice, within 48 hours. The framework is planned to run for 48 months, with an estimated total value of EUR 4,500,000. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 15:00 Irish time on 6 November 2026.
