Supply of fuels and lubricants to the Municipality of Acharnes

Summary

The Municipality of Acharnes is procuring, for its own needs and those of its affiliated entities and schools, four groups of goods: unleaded petrol, automotive diesel, heating oil, and lubricants and mineral oils, including biodegradable products. The estimated total contract value is EUR 5,279,184.41 including VAT, and the contract will run for up to 36 months. Bidders may submit offers for one or more groups, but each selected group must be offered in full, covering the entire quantity and all entities requesting those goods. For the fuel groups, the award is based on the highest discount from the relevant published average retail or wholesale price; for the lubricants group, the award criterion is the lowest price for the group as a whole. Bidders must provide a group-based tender guarantee and meet the turnover, experience, licence, transport-vehicle and relevant ISO certificate requirements. Fuel must be delivered promptly within Acharnes or a neighbouring municipality, at a location no more than 7 km from the municipal headquarters.
