Supply of Spare and Wear Parts for Boiler, Flue Gas, Filter and Conveyor Systems

Summary

The contract is for a framework agreement with one partner to supply spare and wear parts for boilers, flue-gas, filter and conveyor systems, as well as related equipment, ash-conveying and rotary-kiln components, to Wien Energie GmbH storage sites in the Vienna region. The framework agreement has a maximum value of EUR 1,380,000. Its initial term is 48 months, with up to four extensions of up to 12 months each, for a maximum total term of 96 months. Participation requests must be submitted electronically by 20 October 2026 at 13:00. This is a negotiated procedure with a call for competition; between 1 and 5 applicants will be invited to participate. Tenders will be assessed on price (85%), extension of the warranty period (10%) and extension of the availability guarantee (5%). Variants and multiple tenders are not permitted, and no tender guarantee is required.
