Supply of wood pellets and wood briquettes for heating, including transport

Summary

The procurement covers the supply and transport of wood pellets and wood briquettes for heating to the Gătaia Psychiatric Hospital, divided into two lots. Deliveries will be made in stages against orders and subject to the available budget. For objective reasons and within the budget approved for 2027, the contract may be extended until 30 April 2027 to deliver quantities not ordered earlier. The estimated total value is RON 1,290,000: RON 1,080,000 for pellets and RON 210,000 for briquettes. Bidders may tender for both lots, and both lots may be awarded to the same bidder. The bidder must have a registration appropriate to the contract and completed similar supplies during the previous three years: the combined value of no more than three contracts must be at least RON 400,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and RON 60,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2. The offer must include the European Single Procurement Document and a technical proposal substantiating the stated lower calorific value with a test report or analysis certificate issued by an authorised laboratory. Offers are evaluated 60% on price and 40% on lower calorific value. The offer must be submitted electronically and documents must bear an extended electronic signature. The submission deadline is 3 November 2026 at 15:00. Payment is made in instalments according to quantities delivered and available budget, within 60 days of invoice issuance.
