Supply of electricity with at least a 55% renewable energy share

Summary

The procurement is for electricity supply with at least 55% of the electricity coming from renewable sources. A restricted procedure will establish a dynamic purchasing system with a planned duration of 36 months. Requests to participate must be submitted electronically by 3 November 2026 at 09:00; requests for additional information may be submitted until 22 October 2026 at 11:00. Individual contracts awarded under the system will be evaluated on the basis of the lowest total tender price excluding VAT. A tender guarantee is required under the conditions set out in the tender documents. An individual contract may exceptionally be extended if a new procurement cannot be completed in time and the statutory conditions are met.
