Design services for the development of residential streets in Nyíregyháza

Summary

The tender covers the comprehensive design of residential streets in the area between Hajdú and Szalag streets in Nyíregyháza, excluding Angyal and Thököly streets, over approximately 2,955 metres. The work includes reviewing the streets and, where necessary, designing alterations; preparing permit-stage and detailed construction designs; planning utility diversions and stormwater drainage; and preparing cost estimates and related specialist documentation. It also includes documentation for preserving biological activity, five instances of designer’s supervision, and professional support for the procurement of the related construction works. The design work must be completed within 100 calendar days of the contract taking effect; supervision will follow the schedule of the subsequent construction works. The bidder must have at least one qualifying road-design reference, the required professional registration, and qualified experts for road and municipal water infrastructure design. A HUF 100,000 tender guarantee must be submitted with the bid. The submission deadline is 14 October 2026 at 13:00 local time. Evaluation is based on net price (50%) and the additional experience of each of the two required experts (25% each, up to 24 months).
