Supply of electric cars

Summary

The tender covers the supply of eight electric cars in Bucharest: four vehicles under each of two lots. The minimum electric range is 400 km for Lot 1 and 580 km for Lot 2; both lots require a minimum warranty of 36 months. Delivery is due within 150 days. Bids are scored on price (40%), warranty (30%) and electric range (30%). The total estimated value is RON 1,172,257.09 excluding VAT. Bidders must demonstrate experience delivering similar vehicles during the previous three years: at least RON 568,367.07 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and RON 603,890.02 excluding VAT for Lot 2; bidding for both lots requires a combined minimum of RON 1,172,257.09. Required registration and qualification information must accompany the bid. The submission deadline is 29 October 2026 at 15:00. Contract award depends on approval, by 1 December 2026, of a regulatory amendment concerning the buyer’s vehicle fleet.
