New construction of the Renen office building and parking garage

Summary

The tender covers construction of a new office building and parking garage in the Renen area of Umeå, including associated external works. The office building will have an approximate floor area of 11,800 m² and comprise a basement, six office floors and an attic level. The parking garage will provide 312 spaces and have an approximate floor area of 10,300 m².
