Periodic inspection of electrical equipment and appliances

Summary

The contract covers periodic inspections of electrical equipment and appliances located at the buildings of the Hradec Králové regional fire and rescue service. The contractor must initially inspect all equipment listed in the tender documents and then carry out repeat inspections at the intervals required by applicable legislation. The service volume may be adjusted by up to 30%; the maximum number of additional inspections is 468 devices, and their total cost may not exceed 30% of the original contract price excluding VAT. The estimated contract value is CZK 632,430.37. Price is the sole award criterion, and the bid with the lowest total price including VAT will be selected. Bids must be submitted electronically by 30 October 2026 at 08:00. The contractor must comply with employment law and human, social and labour rights requirements. Electronic invoicing is required.
