Furniture delivery and installation in three lots

Summary

The procurement covers the delivery and installation of furniture for three Sofia University units, divided into three lots: metal furniture and other furnishings for the University Library, various types of chairs for the University Press, and desks, cabinets, coat racks and other furnishings for the phonetics classroom of the Faculty of Slavic Studies. The estimated values are EUR 4,770.00, EUR 3,975.11 and EUR 8,188.33 respectively, for a total of EUR 16,933.44. A dimensional tolerance of up to ±3% is allowed; detailed technical requirements are set out in the tender documents. Tenders are evaluated on the basis of the lowest total price. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 23:59 on 2 November 2026. The planned contract term is six months, and tenders must remain valid for four months. For each lot, bidders must have completed at least one similar furniture supply during the preceding three years. The successful contractor must provide a performance guarantee equal to 3% of the relevant lot’s contract value excluding VAT.
