Regenerable columns and sets for immunoadsorption

Summary

The tender covers recurring supplies of regenerable columns and sets used for plasma perfusion during extracorporeal immunoadsorption. The products are intended for use with the buyer’s ADAsorb device in the transfusion department of the Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion. The contract will run for 48 months and has an estimated value of CZK 3,100,000. Bids must be submitted electronically, and electronic invoicing is required. Price is the only award criterion: the total price for the estimated quantities over 48 months will be assessed. Unit prices may be adjusted during the contract under specified conditions: if the VZP reimbursement ceiling falls, the price will be reduced to that level; if the ceiling rises, the price may increase by the demonstrated rise, but by no more than 15% of the original unit price. An inflation-based adjustment is possible after 12 months from the contract’s entry into force and at most once per year. In the same year, the price of a given item cannot be increased both because of a reimbursement change and because of inflation, and any increased price must not exceed the applicable VZP reimbursement ceiling. During contract performance, the supplier must ensure lawful employment, fair working conditions and occupational safety, including for subcontractors.
