Reconstruction of a municipal road in Sredets municipality

Summary

The procurement covers the reconstruction, or major repair, of the municipal road BGS2050–III-539 in Sredets municipality, from kilometre 7+245.74 to kilometre 12+788.98. The contractor must carry out the works in accordance with the project, supply and install compliant materials, arrange construction-waste handling, prepare construction and as-built documentation, and remedy defects identified at handover. The contract also includes participation in the commissioning procedure and correction of defects during the warranty period. The planned duration is 180 days and the estimated value is EUR 4,259,102.64. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of the lowest total price. The submission deadline is 29 October 2026. The successful tenderer must provide a performance guarantee equal to 3% of the contract value excluding VAT. Tenderers must meet requirements relating to builder registration, professional liability insurance, turnover, previous roadworks experience and two qualified team members.
