Joint procurement for emptying and cleaning stormwater gullies

Summary

Egedal Municipality is conducting a joint procurement for seven municipalities in North Zealand and the Copenhagen area for the emptying and cleaning of stormwater gullies. The work includes mandatory annual emptying and cleaning of gullies and grates along roads and paths and on municipal properties. Separately ordered work may also include cleaning and emptying ACO drains, septic tanks and oil separators; suction and high-pressure cleaning of sewer pipes; and removal of roots from sewers. The procurement is divided into seven lots, one for each municipality, and bidders may submit offers for up to all seven lots. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, with up to three possible extensions of 12 months each. The estimated total value is DKK 21,224,000. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 19 October 2026. Bidders must meet the turnover, equity, solvency ratio, liability insurance and relevant experience requirements. Bids must remain valid for six months, and electronic invoicing is required during contract performance.
