Equipment Set for Terrain Scanning and Data Processing

Summary

The tender is for one complete, ready-to-use set for surveying terrain and processing the resulting data: a drone with accessories and control software, a compatible RGB LiDAR scanner, an aerial camera, and one licence for point-cloud processing software. The drone must provide at least 55 minutes of flight time, centimetre-level RTK/PPK positioning and IP55 protection. LiDAR point-cloud accuracy must be within 5 cm, scanning speed at least 640,000 points per second and range at least 300 m; the camera must be a full-frame model of at least 45 MP. The data-processing software licence must be valid for at least 36 months. The entire set must be new, integrated, calibrated and ready for immediate use. Delivery is due within three months of contract signature, followed within two weeks by 3–5 working days of practical training. The maximum offer price is EUR 113,222 excluding VAT, or EUR 136,998.62 including VAT; price is the sole award criterion. The supplier must submit the required offer, technical specification, manufacturer documents supporting the equipment parameters, ESPD and national-security compliance declarations. No qualification thresholds or management-system standards are imposed.
