Laboratory-pilot system for air classification of microparticles

Summary

Kaunas University of Technology is procuring a laboratory-pilot system for grinding various feedstocks and classifying microparticles by airflow for research and product development. The system includes, among other components, a screw feeder, laboratory-pilot classifier, collection vessel, classifying mill, cyclone, main frame and electrical control system. Its components must operate as one integrated system and meet the technical specification, including requirements for particle size, power supply and individual equipment components. The procurement is not divided into lots and has a budget ceiling of EUR 197,458 excluding VAT. The supplier must deliver and install the system in Kaunas, commission and test it, and demonstrate its operating and control functions by 7 December 2026 at the latest. The tender must identify the product model and include documents evidencing its technical characteristics and compliance. The warranty must last at least 12 months; defects must normally be remedied within 15 working days, or within 30 working days at the latest if the equipment is sent to the manufacturer for repair. Software updates are free during the warranty, and spare parts must remain available for purchase for at least five years after the warranty expires. Tenders must be submitted electronically and remain valid for at least 90 days from the submission deadline.
