Allianz contract model development and consultancy services for the Schaftenau – Knoten Radfeld project (Phase 1)

Summary

The tender concerns consultancy services in construction, business management and risk management for developing, tendering, awarding, and optionally implementing an Allianz contract model in the Schaftenau – Knoten Radfeld project. In Phase I, professional support will cover the tendering and awarding phase for the main construction packages T3.1 and T4.1, including shaping the Allianz contract, development of target costs and remuneration models, risk management and support for the procurement process. Optional extensions include Phase I for developing an Allianz model for the main lot T2.1, and Phase II for consultancy and accompaniment during implementation for main lots T2.1, T3.1 and T4.1; contract extension up to 31 December 2038.
