Network entrepreneurial incubator – PNR – Phase IV

Summary

The tender concerns works to arrange spaces in the former bank and pizzeria at Kolodvorska Street 14a and 14b in Pivka as part of the Network Entrepreneurial Incubator – PNR Phase IV. It comprises two lots: Lot 1 – spaces for the network entrepreneurial incubator and related parking; Lot 2 – parking facilities on Kolodvorska Street 5 and 7, including drainage, traffic arrangements and demolition of an existing building on the planned parking site. The contracting authority is the Municipality of Pivka. Bids may be submitted for one lot or for both; the price is the award criterion. The bid submission deadline is 9 October 2026 at 10:00.
